Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RasoiKhaana POS, a point-of-sale and billing service operated by RasoiKhaana IT Solution, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by employees you invite. Keep sign-in details private, give staff the lowest role that lets them do their job, and revoke access promptly when someone leaves.

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or in a way that endangers other customers or the service.

Sales, catalogue, customer and staff records you enter remain yours. We store and process them only to provide the service to you, and to meet our own legal obligations.

You may export your data at any time from the application. If you close your account we will delete or irreversibly anonymise your data within ninety (90) days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

The service helps you produce tax invoices from the details you supply, including your GSTIN, your prices and the tax rates you configure against each item. Those inputs are yours and we do not verify them.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your GST registration details, the rates applied to what you sell, the correctness of every invoice issued, and for filing your returns. We are not your tax adviser and nothing in the product is tax advice. Where an invoice is wrong, the remedy is to issue a corrected document as the law requires — invoices recorded by the service are deliberately immutable.

Invoice numbering is issued in sequence per store by the service. If you also issue invoices outside the service, keeping the overall sequence coherent is your responsibility.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical.

Some features continue to work without a network connection and synchronise later. Work held on a device that has not yet synchronised is not part of your records until it reaches our servers. Billing is deliberately not completed offline: an invoice number is issued only by the server, so that two devices can never file the same one.

Fees, billing period and any trial terms are those set out in the plan you subscribe to. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We will give at least thirty (30) days notice before a price change takes effect for you.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost goodwill or indirect losses.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement on thirty (30) days notice, or immediately for serious or repeated breach. Export your data before closing an account.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under consumer law.

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.
